Spaces that honor the answers within the questions, spaces that hold the frequency of this present moment being enough. The intersection between the sacred and the mundane, between the spiritual and the human, between the body and the mind, between the inner knowing and the application, between the higher self and the version of ourselves we currently are. I am devoted to creating spaces to explore these spectrums in real time through the mediums that invite the middle ground at the center of it all— through embodied photography, somatic movement, breathwork, yoga, journaling. I am driven by the ceremonial lens of life- by the sacred pulsing in the background of a moment, holding that and calling it forward through as many different vehicles as possible.
